There are no specific requirements for materials, but since it requires a thin layer of level 11, the decks that are easy to regular summon are quite limited.
Basically, it is mainly from another summoning method, overlapping summons.
Defensive power is determined by the number of ranks of your army, and although it's a subtle 2200 on its own, with a deck that makes it easy to get this card out, you'll have the opportunity to line up high ranks. Also, even if it is not lined up separately, since it is also stacked with No77 with 4000 RBIs, low offense and defense is not a big problem as long as there is an EX frame.
The burn effect tends to depend on the opponent and the situation, but it's powerful if you get hooked on it.
The removal effect doesn't work on links and it depends on the opponent, but the defense is easy to underestimate, so even 2200 alone is a good removal range.
It's mainly used as a set with No77, so it's easy to put pressure on the EX slot, but I think it's a worthwhile card.

Rank 11, which is one of the few unbound ranks, although in reality it overlaps with ranks 8 and 10 of her DARK.
It plays an active role as an underlay to bring out Seven Shins from rank 8 and rank 10, but although it is underlay, this guy's specs are sufficiently high on its own. Being able to annihilate up to 2200 DEF is quite strong on its own, and if there's someone next to it, it's even more powerful.
It's also perfect as an outburst before becoming Seven Sins, and he will continue to play an active role in decks that can produce DARK at ranks 8 to 10.

The effect of (1) makes it 2200 DEF even by itself, so I think it's powerful to be able to destroy multiple monsters with high ATK and low DEF in a wide range with the effect of (3).
Since it stacks with Rank 8-10 Darkness X monsters, I think it's easier to put it out with a "Galaxy" or "Train" Deck.

This is also a deck that is almost like a train enhancement and rank 10 is easy to line up, so it's easy to get DEF 4200 and the removal effect is more stable than Ravenos.
